Cookie Cutter is a straight-up fire. IGN nailed it calling it a “Gory, Gorgeous, And bloody good METROIDVANIA." The 2D visuals? Hand-drawn, and they look sick. Combat is tough, but in the best way—it feels so satisfying when you crush enemies. The whole world is wild, like, dystopian madness with characters who couldn’t care less about anything but chaos. There’s violence everywhere, and yeah, it’s brutal, but there’s also this super sweet, deep story lurking underneath all the chaos.
You’re stuck in The Void, with The Matter and this insane Megastructure everywhere. It’s like the whole world’s a giant messed-up mess, and the dude in charge is this egomaniac who’s dead set on uncovering all the secrets of the universe. INFONET promised this utopia built by these androids, Denzels, working non-stop. But guess what? It was all just one big fat lie.
