Far away, on the border of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, there is a strange hotel. From the outside it looks rich and fancy, but inside it is actually a trap made for some of the most dangerous killers in America.
You play as Justine, a new federal marshal who has a dark secret. She shares her mind with Dr. Carnival, a crazy killer from the past. Now the two of them must work together to fight and defeat all the killers trapped inside the hotel, while also finding a way to stay alive and escape.
