After more than 11 years, Chaos Forge is back to working on its original turn-based roguelike shooter, DRL. They are improving the game’s mechanics upgrading the graphics and changing the setting to match their popular remake Jupiter Hell. The new version will be called Jupiter Hell Classic and will be released on Steam as a complete commercial game.
The original DRL will still be free on the Chaos Forge website and will continue to get updates along with Jupiter Hell Classic. Buying Jupiter Hell Classic on Steam will be the official way to own and play DRL while also helping Chaos Forge keep developing the series, which has been around for over 20 years.
